v  WEAK UP EARLY  & GO TO BED EARLY

Always try to weak up early in the morning and try to go to sleep early.
It keeps your “DIGESTIVE SYSTEAM” healthy.

Eating nutrious balance diet is perhaps the lynchpin of healthy living. Not only does it keep all your body system working efficiently, it also provides energy.
Protect your heart, helps prevent and fight of diseases maintain healthy body weight and even influence mood.

v  EXERCISE

Exercise is known to cause the release of a hormone that make you feel more relaxed and even increases your self esteem, because of this hormone.
People who exercise are usually in better mood, have higher energy levels and sleep better.

v  MEDITATION

Not a technique but a “way of life”. Meditation means awareness. Whatever you do with awareness is meditation. Watching your breath is meditations. Listening to birds is meditation. Playing flute is meditations. Meditation is a state of consciousness when the mind is free from scattered thoughts and various patterns.
Meditation plays an important role to keep you mentally fit.

Sound sleep, sound Mind and sound mind, sound and healthy body.
Sleep is a way of recharging the brain, and a building process.
Sleep is the time when the body does most of it’s repair work, muscle tissue is rebuilt and restored.
Growth hormone is secreted during sleep, which is important for growth in children, but it is also important through adulthood in rebuilding tissue.

v  FORGIVE & FORGET
     For a healthy life we need to forgive and forget the bad memories of our life. We can forget only when we can forgive, and we can forgive only when we learn from our past. We take learning from every situation we are able to be free from being a slave of the past. In this manner we can always be happy and healthy.

v   SOMETIMES CRYING IS THE BEST

     We all know that laugher is good for us, but shedding some tears could also do wonders for your health. Crying helps to release the chemicals that build up in our bodies during time of stress. Chronic produces high levels of cortisol which overtime can affect our mental functioning and weaken the immune system. So for release this stress crying is better option
